Earlier this year I reported to you that homeschooling in California was under attack. The same court who ruled that parents did NOT have a right to homeschool their children has reversed itself and NOW say's it's OK. What I find disturbing in this development, however, is that a court of law can come up with two totally opposite findings from the same case. I believe this court was swayed by the public outcry caused by their first ruling. As a "finder of fact", shouldn't a court and it's judges be impartial and impervious to public opinion? The leftist's who have co-opted our courts figured out that they've tightened the screws a little too much in this case and had to back it off. To use another analogy, they turned up the heat too fast and the frog jumped out of the pot. The left has had an agenda for my entire life and they have always remained vigilant to opportunities to tilt the scales of justice. The conservatives, on the other hand, are mostly a faithful bunch. Having faith in their GOD, faith in their family and faith in their Government. We conservatives must adopt a new faith now. Faith that evil will corrupt. We must remain vigilant and we must "squeak" louder than the left.
Even as a young boy growing up in the hills of southern Ohio, I heard the rumors of those crazy Californians. What I never dreamed was that the LORD would lead me to this bastion of crazies and that I would have to face the challenge of living and raising my children in the Socialist Republic of Kalifornia. It's ironic that the entire nation is held hostage and are being denied a vote on the current energy crisis by one congresswoman from a district that is undoubtedly the most evil and corrupt district in the entire nation. San Francisco. This district has on the local ballot an initiative that will effectively make prostitution legal in defiance of STATE law. The initiative would cut the local police budget to $0 to prosecute, investigate, pursue, etc... anything to do with the illegal sex trade. It would still be "illegal", but all consequences would be removed. They also have a mayor that, in defiance of State Law (before it was overturned) married homosexuals. Also, in defiance of State and Federal laws, has declared San Francisco a "sanctuary city", meaning people who willingly and knowingly break our laws are exempt.
We must raise our voices. Jesus said, in response to taxes, “Give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” Our Government was established as a government of the people, by the people and for the people, which means WE are Caesar and have a RESPONSIBILITY to make sure our representives are held accountable and speak for US. These districts within the U.S. who decide they know better than the people must also be held accountable. By ignoring the law, they are breaking the law. By denying our Rights as outlined in the constitution, they are guilty of Treason. By the same token, twisting the Constitution to deny the rights of infants, they are murderers. By weakening our military and pulling funding for intellegence, they are removing the responsibility of our FEDERAL government to protect our sovereinty, which ORIGINALLY was the Federal Governments sole responsibility. We are now at the most precarious point in our history and the Press has Totally failed us. It is our responsibility to spread the word. Conservatives sent a message last election... not about the war, but about responsibility. We have to take our government BACK and hope Republicans have learned the lesson sent in 2006.

Obama SUPPORTS POST BIRTH ABORTIONS.... I dunno how it can be an abortion "Post" birth, but in State Senate Obama's position was that EVEN if the baby lives through a late term abortion, the mother has a right to KILL it...
Obama "says" that the 2nd amendment to Keep and Bear arms is an individual right, yet he supported Washington DC's total ban on handguns and the DC law that made it illegal to have a gun in an operative state EVEN in your own home.
Obama totally supports redistribution of wealth (straight out of Saul Alinsky's mouth). Not just to poor Americans, but to the world. He essentially supports a GLOBAL tax to "end poverty".
Obama has flipped so many times on so many issues, we can only wonder what his true stance will be, but a man who is afraid to let people know what his positions probably has a position that is AGAINST the people!!!!
SOMETHING SMELLS FUNNY... Watch the DNC in Denver carefully. I personally don't think Obama is electable. I would not be surprised at all if the world will be reeling after the DNC convention if Hillary comes out on top... Either because the Superdelegates have switched, or maybe it's revealed that Obama is not eligible constitutionally to be president. If that happens, the "middle" folks and even those on the right might even breathe a sigh of relief. All the books and all the truth that leaked out over the past months about Obama will be for naught and someone just as dangerous would hold the reigns, Hillary. In the short course of Hillary's supposed resignation to B.O., the heat has been off her and if I've learned anything over the course of the last 16 years, the Clintons will NEVER, EVER give up.... kinda like the terminator!!!

Wow Jeff, where to start? Great insightful points again!
I've always thought that history was a series of pendulum swings. Since the 60's, the pendulum has swung toward the far left. Someday that pendulum will crash through the side and never recover. It's my hope that the pendulum will start to swing back toward center, but that will only happen if Christians, conservatives, JFK liberals, etc. speak out against these travesties.
The left controls the main stream media, the education system (K-12 and college), many courts, the large cities, many state legislatures, Congress, etc. All the conservatives have is talk radio and that's under attack by the left.
But as you say, WE are the government and I pray that WE rise up and speak the truth to these Marxist-Socialist attempts to control our country and our culture. I still believe that most of the country is against these attempts, but they're busy working, raising families, being responsible, etc. and just aren't as vocal as the left.
We have a huge opportunity between now and November to expose the Marxist foundation of Obama's claims and bring the pendulum further toward the center.

Making prostitution for all intents and purposes legal? Where are we, Amsterdam? And Post-Birth Abortion? You know that I am pro-life but do not believe that it would be in the public's best interest to ban abortion. That being said... Post-Birth abortion is even more appalling than regular abortion! The child has survived one attempted murder, why subject it to another? So Obama really does kill babies...
Even Barbara Boxer, Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy voted for the Born Alive Infant's Protection Act. What did Obama do? He killed it when he was an Illinois state senator chairing the committee that was considering passing a similar law in the state.

He's to the left of Boxer, Kennedy and Clinton! And, how does he rationalize this decision with his "Christian faith". You're right...he does support killing babies, both in the womb and outside the womb. How disgusting!
