Our "Representative" Government has been hijacked.

I didn't see it on CBS news. ABC doesn't mention it. MSNBC, to their credit, at least mentioned it. My Favorite, the bane of "progressive's" everywhere, Fox News has it as their top news in the political section. CNN must be seeing the light also, because they ran the story, or at least their tired of coming in second to Fox.

Nancy Pelosi's house of representitives have been denied a voice. The majority leader, who set's the agenda for what used to be OUR house of representatives, has for weeks denied even the chance to vote on opening up areas for drilling. Knowing that she would lose, she opted instead to silence the majority who would vote in favor of relieving the burden of high gas prices by allowing offshore drilling, tapping ANWR and allowing the U.S. to become less dependant on foreign oil. Your Representative.... YOUR VOICE was not even allowed to CAST A VOTE!!! How is this American? Nancy's Answer? Well it doesn't have anything to do with "being american", because she say's she is "SAVING THE PLANET". Yesterday, the GOP insisted that the House stay in session until they resolve the issue of energy, instead, Nancy decided everyone should go on a 5 week vacation. What does she care? The Pelosi family has a net worth of over $25 million. She can afford to fly around in her fancy jet... oh wait, we pay for that!!! She can afford to be driven around in a gas guzzling limo.... oh wait, we pay for that too!!! But I digress... The GOP stuck around to speak on the issue, as they had scheduled BEFORE Nancy took her party home, but Nancy turned out the lights, turned off the camera's and shut off the microphones. For a time, or GOP representives were speaking in DARK room before someone found out how to turn on the lights, only by guessing at the pass codes on the computer. They searched for a megaphone, but couldn't find one. They finally invited the public from the gallery down to the floor so they could hear.

So.... NANCY... Enjoy your vacation... ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, if Obama is elected and NANCY and HARRY remain in power, they already have plans to institute the "fairness doctrine" which will kill conservative talk radio by making it ILLEGAL to speak about these issues without giving equal time to some lying, no rating, absurd liberal HACK like Al Franken who tried talk radio and completely bombed. In fact, AIR AMERICA couldn't keep afloat because they featured such liberal radio. So, if someone wanted to air Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity, that radio station would have to give the same amount of time to zero ratings, which would make it unprofitable to even air talk radio. Most radio stations would then switch to music or some other format. How's that for FREE SPEECH. My blood pressure is up.... I'll continue this Rant later.....
